Yvo Ursini guitar, compositions e arrangements
Graduated in music, with a degree in composition, at the Faculdade Santa Marcelina (Sao Paulo, Brazil), has debuted as a musician with the band “Indivíduos no Telhado”. Has done a lot of works to studios, such as advertisement jingles, parts in recordings and movies soundtracks, with important artists like Arrigo Barnabé, Luís Lopes (Isca de Policia, Almir Sater, Toquinho) e Skowa. Recently has composed soundtracks to short films like “Cineasta Hotel”, “Enjaulados” and “Balaio” and works as a compositor and producer at the studio Timbre.
Mauricio Caetano drums
Plays with the great brazilian composer and singer Arnaldo Antunes.
Has played at the play “Mistérios Gozosos”, by José Celso Martinez Corrêa, with music composed by José Miguel Wisnik, and has done a presentation with Tom Zé at the TUCA theater, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Participou de diversos grupos de MPB, Musica instrumental Brasileira e jazz no Brasil e em Londres, onde viveu seis meses trabalhando na cena musical londrina. Fez transcrições para a Revista “Batera” aonde foi destaque. Formado em Instrumento popular Bacharelado em Bateria pela Faculdade Santa Marcelina, atualmente da aulas de bateria e toca com o sexteto Armazém Abaporu.
Leonardo Muniz Corrêa clarinet, saxophones, compositions and arrangements
Has graduated in Composition at the Faculdade Santa Marcelina (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Plays with the bands: “Axial”, “Manu e Grupo Cardume”, “Bgrooves”, “Bando de Campana” saxophone quartet and the Big band of the Faculdade Santa Marcelina. Has played with other groups like “Armazem”, “Mundaréu-SP”, “Arruda Brasil”. He has also composed jingles and soundtracks to theater. Teaches saxophone, clarinet and musical theory in Sao Paulo.
Amilcar Rodrigues trumpet, cornet e flugelhorn
Plays with the composer Mauricio Pereira, with whom has recorded a live CD, and “Manu e Grupo Cardume”. Has participated of other bands like “Skowa”, “Arruda Brasil”, and played in the Jazz Sinfônica Jovem do Estado de São Paulo orchestra.
Vicente Falek piano e rhodes
Is part of the Helio Ziskind group, with whom has recorded the CD “Cantigas de Roda”. Vicente attends to the last year of Composition at the Faculdade Santa Marcelina and teaches piano. Has been making concerts in several night clubs of São Paulo. Composes soundtracks to advertisement, documentary (“Mystérion”) and short films (“Luz Vadia”).
